My Personal Mission of Leadership and Ethics Statement Life s a journey of learning experiences. In my journey through life I intend to have thriving carrier serving my country in the Canadian Armed Forces while balancing a healthy life at home. I will make it a life long commitment to grow through active participation in the world around me in order to gain knowledge and skills essential to lead. Therefore empowering me to be the change I wish to see in the world with the aptitude to evaluate, realize and correct my actions and behaviour to improve my proficiency and comprehension, Duty, Honor, Loyalty, Integrity, Patience, Empathy and Compassion are the core roots of my ethics. These essential traits a what shapes the character, behaviour and temperament of a true warrior not only on the battlefield but also in fight we call life. They are the building blocks which loan me the fortitude to serve my country as an honorable, creative, and a predominant leader, family member, friend and partner. whom others can look to as a role model. With integration of my inner values and my outwards actions, I will a subjective austerity and sufficiency to lead the world to change for the better. My life long objective is cultivating these characteristics. This is who I am, my code of conduct, my code of ethics, whom I strive to be every minute of every day.
